Why organize a premiere?

International day of the Eradication of Poverty is a perfect occasion to show you care about poverty and homelessness. Can I ask an entrance fee?

We trust you not to abuse our good intentions.

Chose your sponsors & partners wisely.

I don’t know any organizations, but I want to do a premiere. Is that OK?

Yes, but check the internet. Also check on our map. There probably are organizations in your city or region. Try to team up.

How can I help?

What about author rights?

The film is author right protected but the film can be screened for free on the October 17, this year and every year on the International day of the Eradication of Poverty.

Why do the filmmakers give the film away for free?

We want to offer a tool to bring people together, to create awareness and to help organizations working with homeless people. Money simply isn’t the only motivator in the world.

Apart from the social motivation, we are also interested to learn how to reach an audience through by using internet. A film only come to live if it has an audience. A previous experiment was Where is Gary?

Do you make any money on it?

Our film fund, VAF, granted us a small budget so we could finish the film in a professional way. We’re looking for extra financing or a sponsor so we can extend our online efforts and cover some cost like the printing and shipping all DVDs for the premiere.
